Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch items to the UK within 4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your purchase however some custom orders can take up to 14 working days. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances, if this occurs you will be notified via email.

Delivery times are approximate and we are not responsible for any consequential losses you may incur if the delivery service does not deliver within that period for any specific reason.

All our items are sent by recorded or special delivery and therefore a signature is required. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item.

Postage costs will vary according to size, weight and location. In the event that the delivery company has attempted to deliver the item but it has not been collected, or if we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional delivery costs. *Please note we only deliver to the uk.*

Returns

Items purchased can be returned within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the cost of the item excluding delivery costs.

*Please note* you must make contact with us on the day your parcel is delivered to you to advise us of this for these terms to apply. Refunds will only be issued where items are returned to us in the original unused condition, intact and in suitable packaging. All parcels should be returned by recorded delivery and shall be at the customers risk until the parcel has been signed for by us.

No refunds will be given for items made to order, or items returned after 7 days. For items lost/stolen in transit refunds will be given after correspondence with the delivery company.

All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are excluding delivery charges. Delivery costs will vary, these will automatically be added at the checkout, please see the 'Postage and Delivery' page for prices. Items will only be dispatched when full cleared payment has been received.

Cheque payments can also be accepted, cheques must be made payable to: Clare James and sent to the following address:

All items are brand new and as they are hand made slight variations may occur.
